Regulatory status
FinCEN - money services business
SA West Inc. is registered as a money services business with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (BSA ID 31000333525926). The registration was filed under the company’s former name, Novera US Inc, and is being updated to reflect the new name. You can verify it in FinCEN’s public MSB Registrant Search.
FinCEN registration is a federal anti-money-laundering requirement. It is not a licence, does not authorise money transmission in any state, and does not mean that FinCEN or any government agency endorses SA West Inc.
State money transmission
SA West Inc. is based in Montana, which does not license money transmitters. Most other states require a money transmitter licence to serve clients located there. SA West Inc. does not hold a state money transmitter licence and does not offer services that require one in any state.
Services
SA West Inc. provides, to eligible business clients:
multi-currency payment accounts;
foreign exchange;
domestic and international transfers through U.S. and international payment systems.
The exact services, currencies, corridors and states available to you are confirmed in your client agreement after onboarding.
Who can use the services
Services are offered only to businesses and institutional clients. They are not offered to consumers, meaning individuals acting for personal, family or household purposes.
Every client must pass SA West Inc.'s customer identification and due-diligence procedures, including beneficial-ownership verification, OFAC sanctions screening and a risk assessment. SA West Inc. may decline or end any relationship.
Services are not available in states or countries where SA West Inc. is not permitted to provide them, or to persons subject to U.S. or other applicable sanctions.
Important notices
SA West Inc. is not a bank. Payment accounts are not bank deposit accounts and are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other government agency.
Foreign exchange rates move. The rate and fees that apply are shown to you before you confirm a transaction.

This website, sawest.net, is operated by SA West Inc. (formerly Novera US Inc), a Montana corporation (Secretary of State file no. D1646429-17262845), 1001 S Main St Ste 410, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States ("SA West", "we", "us"). SA West is registered with FinCEN as a money services business (BSA ID 31000333525926; registration filed under its former name, Novera US Inc). It does not hold any state money transmitter licence. 2. Scope
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. They do not govern any payment or foreign-exchange service. Those services are provided only under a separate written client agreement with SA West.
3. Intended audience
The website is intended for businesses and institutional clients in the United States and other jurisdictions where SA West may lawfully offer its services. It is not directed at consumers, or at anyone in a state or country where its content or our services would be unlawful or would require a licence we do not hold.
4. No offer and no advice
The content is general information. It is not an offer, a solicitation or a commitment to provide any service, and it is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Exchange rates, fees, currencies, corridors and states shown or described are examples and may change. The terms that apply to you are confirmed only in your client agreement and before each transaction.
5. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not open an account, create a client relationship or oblige us to provide any service. All clients must complete our customer identification and due-diligence procedures, and we may decline any enquiry.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
interfere with its operation or introduce malicious code;
copy or scrape its content systematically;
use it to impersonate SA West or to mislead others about our services;
